This English version is provided for convenience. Only the French version is legally binding.

This policy explains what data we collect on devodev.com, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights. We collect the minimum needed to answer your request.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Wazper SARL (Devodev brand), 2 rue du Professeur Dastre, 95120 Ermont, France, SIRET 942 232 950 00017. For any question about your data: rabie@devodev.com.

The data we process

  • The project simulator: your project description, your answers to the questions, then, if you ask for your estimate, your first name, your email address and, where applicable, your company name.

  • The diagnostic request and the booking: your name, your work email address, your company, your answers about your product (type, address, number of users, revenue, what is blocking you), your message and the time slot you chose.

  • Where your request came from: the landing page, the site that sent you (including an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Perplexity), campaign parameters (utm) and, only if you accept advertising cookies, the Google Ads click identifier.

  • The forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads: your first name, your email address, your phone number and your answers to the qualification questions (details below).

  • Email exchanges: the content of your messages and the files you choose to send us.

  • Audience measurement: aggregated traffic statistics (Umami, cookie-free) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta pixel measurement.

Why we use it

  • To calculate and send you a price and timeline estimate.

  • To prepare and run the 30-minute diagnostic, then send you its summary.

  • To answer your messages, draw up a quote and follow up on your request.

  • To improve the website and the simulator using aggregated statistics.

  • With your consent, to know which Google, Facebook or Instagram ads lead to a request, so that we only pay for the ads that are useful.

This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta pixel measurement are based on your consent. We do not sell any data and do not send a newsletter without your consent.

Who has access

Your data is read by the Devodev team and, only where strictly necessary, by our technical providers:

  • OVHcloud: hosting of the website, the API and the database.

  • Umami: aggregated, cookie-free traffic statistics.

  • Google: calendar, invitation and video call for the diagnostic and, with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads.

  • Meta: forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads and, with your consent, the Meta pixel.

  • OpenRouter and Anthropic: generation of the simulator assistant’s replies from your project description. Do not enter any password or sensitive data there.

  • Resend: sending of the emails related to the simulator.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union, notably in the United States. Transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

  • Simulator conversations without an email address are deleted automatically after 90 days.

  • Estimate requests, bookings and commercial exchanges are kept for three years after our last contact, then deleted.

  • Documents related to a signed contract are kept for the applicable legal period.

The forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads

Some Devodev ads on Facebook and Instagram contain an “instant form”. If you fill it in, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd collects your first name, your email address, your phone number and your answers to the qualification questions, then passes them to us.

  • Use: to contact you about the diagnostic you requested, and nothing else.

  • Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

  • Retention: three years after our last contact, then deletion.

  • Recipients: Wazper SARL and the host of our sales tracking tool (CRM).

For this collection on its platforms, Meta is a joint controller with us. Its own use of your data is described in Meta’s privacy policy.

Cookies

Without your consent, the website sets no measurement or advertising cookie: Umami counts visits without cookies, Google tags run in cookie-free mode and the Meta pixel is not loaded. If you accept, Google Analytics (audience measurement), Google Ads and the Meta pixel (advertising) may set their cookies, and the click identifier of an ad is kept for 90 days in your browser to link your request to that ad. You choose by purpose in the banner; your choice is kept for 6 months and you can change it at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page.

If the form cannot be submitted, we offer you Google’s booking calendar, which may then set its own cookies, governed by Google’s privacy policy.

The Meta pixel

The Meta pixel is a tracker from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It is loaded only after you accept the “Advertising” cookies; without that consent, your browser does not contact Meta. With your consent, it reports page views, submission of the diagnostic form and the booking of a time slot to Meta, and sets a cookie (_fbp) kept for 90 days. We use it to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and to build advertising audiences, for example to show our ads to people who have visited the website.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page: the pixel then stops sending data. You can also adjust the ads Meta shows you in your Meta ad preferences.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its rectification, erasure or portability, the restriction of its processing, or object to it, by writing to rabie@devodev.com. We answer within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority, cnil.fr).
