What’s the difference between a V1 and an MVP?
The definition
An MVP exists to answer one question: does anyone want this? A V1 exists to bring in money every month. The two look alike on screen and have nothing in common underneath: one is allowed to break, the other is not.
Why it matters to you
Comparing an MVP quote with a redesign quote makes no sense.
If you have paying customers, you’re past the MVP stage.
Going from one to the other is exactly the “1 to 10” moment.
