redesign
What is a redesign?
The definition
Redesigning a product means rebuilding it on new foundations while keeping what works: the features, the data, the customers. It is neither a visual touch-up nor a restart from zero. The question is never “all or nothing”, but “what, and in which order.”
Why it matters to you
A well-run redesign loses neither a customer nor a piece of data.
It’s decided on facts: what holds, what costs, what blocks sales.
It’s paid for upfront, for a written scope, not by the hour.
A real-life example
A software company wanted to “redo everything.” The audit showed that the database and payments held up fine: only the screens and the access rules were rebuilt. The budget was cut.
And in your case? ?
Thirty minutes on a video call to look at your product and tell you what we think.
